for the holiday village
Kleine Freiheit - recreation at the Quitzdorfer lake

1. general
All guests of the holiday village Kleine Freiheit- Erholung am Quitzdorfer See are obliged to observe the house rules. The house rules are part of the rental agreement and apply to all tenants, guests and visitors to the holiday village.

2 Arrival and departure
Arrival is between 15:00 and 20:00 on the day of arrival, or earlier by prior arrangement.
 Departure is by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Vehicles in the holiday village

 Speed: A walking speed of 10 km/h applies in the holiday village.
 
 Parking: Parking is only permitted in the designated car parks.
 

3. key
The tenant receives the key to the holiday home on arrival. The key must be kept during the entire stay and may not be passed on to third parties. If the key is lost, the tenant is obliged to compensate the holiday village for the damage.
 
4. pets
Pets are only allowed with the prior authorisation of the holiday village. The cost of cleaning with pets is €5 per dog/stay. The maximum cost is €20 in total.
 
5. rest periods
The quiet times in the holiday village are from 22:00 to 08:00. During this time, it is forbidden to listen to loud music or engage in other activities that could disturb the peace and quiet of the neighbours.
 
6 Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all buildings. For the protection of our children, smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas in the communal facilities and washrooms. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the rubbish bins provided for this purpose.
 
7. rubbish
Rubbish must be separated by type and nature and disposed of in the bins provided and placed outside the holiday homes on departure.
 
8. cleaning
The final cleaning is included in the rental price. For long-term stays, a free cleaning and change of the booked bed linen is possible after 14 days and by arrangement.
9 Damages
The tenant is obliged to report any damage to the holiday home to the holiday village immediately. Damage caused by the tenant or his guests must be compensated by the tenant.
 
10. miscellaneous
The holiday village reserves the right to change or amend the house rules at any time.
Additional information
 There is a barbecue area in the holiday village which can be used by guests. Please note that the barbecue area must be left clean.
 
 The Kimbucht holiday village has a playground that is suitable for children aged 3 and over. Please ensure that children only use the playground under the supervision of their parents or another supervisor.
 
 The holiday village is located in a nature reserve. Please observe the nature conservation regulations.
